As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and elevate our dealership to the next level.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability across all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that boost revenue and market presence
- Provide accurate quotes and customized solutions based on customer needs
- Oversee CRM usage and ensure consistent follow-ups on all incoming leads
- Analyze sales reports and market data to optimize team performance
- Stay informed about inventory, pricing trends, and promotional opportunities
Requirements
- Valid VSA Sales License
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
