- Source and qualify leads through dealership channels, social media, and local listings
- Provide clear and accurate information on pricing, vehicle evaluations, features, and promotions
- Guide customers through the entire buying-in process—from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-lasting relationships
- Use internal systems to track leads, appointments, vehicle details, and outcomes
- Stay updated on automotive trends, market pricing, and inventory needs
Requirements
- Friendly, confident communicator with a strong customer-first mindset
- Interest in the automotive industry (no prior experience required — training provided)
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platforms
- VSA License is an asset
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage
