- Greet and assist walk-in and online customers with a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Present vehicles confidently and coordinate test drives tailored to customer needs
- Proactively follow up on leads from the website, social media, digital platforms, and referrals
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up
- Manage the entire sales process, including pricing discussions, trade-in assessments, and financing options
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily activities within the CRM system
- Stay updated on current inventory, market pricing trends, and promotional opportunities to maximize sales
Requirements
- Valid VSA Sales License
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal-driven mindset
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Experience with CRM systems and digital tools is an asset
